Her background in hospitality and wine science allows her to blend technical skill with an intuitive flair for flavor pairing. Isabelle is especially passionate about showcasing Australian varietals and highlighting their compatibility with contemporary Asian cuisine. During Vine & Vibe, she’ll host pairing workshops, lead curated tasting journeys, and offer personal recommendations to help guests discover new favorites.
Chef Eliza Tran
Founder and head chef of Botanica Kitchen, Eliza Tran brings elegance, artistry, and purpose to every plate. Her philosophy is rooted in sustainability and storytelling — every ingredient has a reason, every dish a narrative. At Vine & Vibe, she’ll be presenting a series of signature small plates and plant-based creations, highlighting Australia’s finest produce with Asian-inspired accents.
